The Sterling Vineyards winemaking team craft each wine to represent the grape varietals honestly. This Merlot is aged in American and French oak for 11 oaks to add structure and an extra dimension of flavour, without hiding the fruit character.

Juicy red cherry, plum and berry jam with touches of chocolate and Christmas spices. Medium bodied with velvety tannins and sweet toasted coconut and vanilla on the finish.
