  • Is there a minimum age limit to purchase from your store?
    As it is a legal requirement in Singapore to be 18 years old and above to purchase alcohol, the same regulation applies when ordering from GudSht. GudSht reserve the rights to request for and check your photo ID upon the self collection or receipt of your delivery. No minimum age to order our food only of course!
  • Do you have a minimum order?
    GudSht currently does not have a minimum order fee!
  • Can I make an advance order?
    Yes! Simply place an order here (for drinks) or (for food) and select your preferred date under delivery or self pickup!

  • How do I know if my online order is processed?
    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed!
  • I would like to make changes to my order!
    Do reach out to us at if you would like to make any changes to your order. However, please do take note that we are unable to make changes for items that are already prepared or have a different price value. Please note that all orders made are strictly non-refundable.
  • What type of payments does GudSht accept?
    We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments only. Alternatively, we also accept and prefer Bank Transfer, PayNow or PayLah if you order via WhatsApp! Do contact us via email
  • What are GudSht’s delivery rates?
    We charge $10 (SGD) per delivery location In case of absence or wrong address provided, a redelivery charge of $10 (SGD) applies.
  • Does GudSht do Same Day Delivery?
    Unfortunately, we only do Next Day Delivery. For Next Day Delivery, the cut off ordering timing is 9pm the previous day. Orders placed after 9pm will be considered as next day's order and will be delivered the day after the "next day" We do not deliver on Sundays & Public Holidays. Hence, orders made on Saturdays / Public Holidays will be delivered on the following Mondays / Next Working Day Delivery will be made between 12pm-5pm of your preferred date. As our delivery is done by an external party, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timing
  • I entered the wrong delivery address / would like to change the delivery address!
    For any changes in delivery address, please do notify us immediately at However, once the delivery is made to the wrong address and a re-delivery is needed, we regret to inform you that an additional surcharge of $10 applies per delivery location Alternatively, you can collect your order via self pickup at our bar located at GudSht Cineleisure, 8 Grange Rd, #01-04, Singapore 239695, between 11am-12am daily.
  • What is GudSht’s delivery hours?
    We deliver from 12pm to 5pm daily except on Sundays & Public Holidays As our delivery is done by an external party, we are unable to guarantee delivery timings.
  • Does GudSht do deliveries for multiple locations?
    Yes, delivery surcharge of $10 (SGD) applies per additional location on mainland Singapore Please reach out to us at +65 8683 3052 or to arrange for deliveries with multiple locations.
  • Does GudSht ship internationally?
    Currently, GudSht only accept orders in Singapore. However, we look forward to extending our products internationally in the future!
  • Can I self-collect my purchase?
    Yes! You can self collect your drinks purchase anytime from 11am - 12am daily.

  • Is your $2/hr Study & Work programme from GudSht still available?
    Yes. It is available on Mondays to Thursdays & Sunday from 11am-5pm.
  • How do I purchase a Gift Card?
    Gift Cards can be purchased here and are sent to your recipient of choice via email! Gift Cards are in Singapore Dollars (S$).
  • How do I use my Gift Card?
    Simply just apply the Gift Card code stated in the email at checkout! After keying in the shipping details and selecting your delivery method, under the third step of “Payment” you would be able to see a “Redeem a Gift Card” button, key in your Gift Card code in the respective field and you’re all set!
  • I am unable to find / I did not receive the Gift Card!
    Please check your junk or spam folders in your e-mail. In any case that you are still unable to find it, do contact us via our live chat or via email at and we will get back to you the soonest!
  • What are your Gift Cards term of use and expiry?
    Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase Gift Cards are strictly not returnable or refundable after purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. There will be no replacements for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or destroyed.
  • How long is the Gift Card valid for?
    The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase or till the value allocated to the card is used up.
  • Can the Gift Card be used Multiple Times?
    Yes! The Gift Card can be used multiple times till the value in the card runs out. For example, if you purchase a $100 Gift Card and only spent $80 on your first purchase, rest assured that you can use the remaining $20 on your next purchase.
  • Can your Gift Cards be used in your physical bar?
    No, Our Gift Cards can only be used on for online purchases.
  • Can I refund or cancel my order if I used a Gift Card?
    Orders made that is paid with a Gift Card cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Does GudSht do Corporate orders or collaborations?

  • When can you deliver if I make a bulk order?

    Unfortunately, GudSht strictly do not accept any cancellation of orders or provide any refunds after an order is confirmed.
  • What is GudSht’s return policy?
    GudSht takes great pride in providing excellent product quality. Hence, we are unable to accept any returns other than the following exceptions: Broken bottled cocktail seal upon delivery Damaged products upon delivery (E.g. Chipped Glass Bottle) However, once the client has accepted the physical delivery of the product, these exceptions will no longer be valid. Hence, please ensure that you check your products properly upon delivery! GudSht does not provide any sort of refunds.

  • How many serves does each GudSht’s bottled cocktails serve?
    Our bottled cocktails come in three sizes: 120ml, 300ml and 600ml. The 120ml serves 1 serve, 300ml serves about 2-3 serves and the 600ml serves about 4-5 serves, all over ice in a rock glass. However, this is subjective and on assumption that the pour is a regular pour for consumers.
  • How long can I keep my bottled cocktails for?
    The shelf life of our bottled cocktails varies from 5 to 10 days upon delivery! The shelf life for the respective cocktails can be found under the “product information” tab here !
  • How long can I keep my food for?
    It is recommended to consume all food products immediately upon receiving it. If not, the food is best consumed within an hour upon receiving it.
  • Are you MUIS halal-certified?
    No, unfortunately, we are not.
  • Is your food vegetarian friendly?
    We do have vegetarian friendly items such as vegetable skewers!
