CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE IF I AM BELOW 18 YEARS OLD?


No. Although we do not sell alcohol directly, our beverages do contain alcohol and minors should not be consuming any beverages that contains alcohol.




CAN I REQUEST FOR A CUSTOMISED BOTTLED COCKTAIL?


Yes. For customised bottled cocktails, kindly reach out to us @ +65 8820 4459. Alternatively, you can email info@elitebarsolutions.com. However, do note we will require varying MOQs for customised bottled cocktails.




HOW MANY SERVES DOES EACH BOTTLE FORMAT SERVE?


The 300ml serves about 2-3 serves over ice in a rock glass while the 600ml serves about 4-5 serves over ice as well in a rock glass. This is however subjective and on assumption that the pour is a regular standard pour for consumers.





PAYMENT

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?


-We accept credit/debit cards for online payments.
-Alternatively, we accept & prefer Bank Transfer/Paynow/Paylah!





DELIVERY

DOES GUDSHT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Unfortunately, we only take orders and delivery in Singapore at the moment.
We look forward to extending our products out of Singapore in the near future as well.




CAN I REQUEST MULTIPLE LOCATIONS FOR DELIVERY?


Yes you can subject to delivery surcharges at $5 per additional location. Please reach out to us @ +65 8820 4459 to arrange for multiple-location delivery.




HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDERS?


On order confirmation, our friendly neighbourhood client services coordinator will reach out to you to arrange a delivery for a suitable time within as short a timeframe as possible. Our delivery slots per day are limited and it would be on a first come first serve basis. Thank you for your kind understanding.




WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY RATES?


Delivery - For every $100 (SGD) spent before GST, delivery surcharge for ONE location can be waived off. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge of $5 (SGD) per location delivered. In case of absence or wrong address provided, a re-delivery charge of $5 applies.




WHAT ARE YOUR AVAILABLE DELIVERY TIME SLOTS?


We deliver 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday, between 1pm - 10pm daily including public holidays & are closed on Sundays. As such, we are unable to deliver on Sundays as our products are made fresh daily for delivery.




CAN I SELF-COLLECT MY PURCHASE?


For self-collection requests, your orders will be available for self-collection the next working day from your order date. Order confirmation cut-off time for next day self-collection will be 10pm the working day before. Kindly note that we are closed on Sundays and self-collection will not be available any Sunday.





RETURN & EXCHANGE

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND REQUEST FOR FULL REFUND AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?


Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations and refunds as we prepare each order right after receiving it. It is to ensure that you will receive fresh products with longer shelf lives.




WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTED BOTTLED COCKTAIL?


That should not be happening but in the unlikely scenario that happens, do reach out to us at +65 8820 4459. Alternatively, you can email info@elitebarsolutions.com. We guarantee that you will get a satisfactory service recovery.




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Bottled Cocktails purchased are non-refundable as each of the products are freshly made upon confirmation of order. As we guarantee freshness, we are unable to accept returns other than the following exceptions: - Broken Seal Upon Delivery - Damaged Products Upon Delivery (E.g. Chipped Glass Bottle) *Once the client have accepted the physical delivery of the product, these exceptions will no longer be valid Please ensure to check your products upon delivery!!!
