The grapes are hand-harvested, cold-fermented and “aged sur-lie” for up to three months in French oak barrels for complexity. The wine has a vibrant and refreshing dry style with a zingy citrus fruit character.
 
Tasting Notes
Colour:
Bright, green-tinged straw.
 
Nose:
Fresh citrus fruits, honeysuckle, tarragon and chalky minerals, with a hint of ginger emerging slowly.
 
Palate:
Tangy and sharply focused, offering vibrant lime and pink grapefruit flavors that gain flesh with air. The gingery note comes back strong on the finish.
